The one thing I saw over and over again was dis-ease, which manifested to the world as various diseases like high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, excess weight, diabetes, apathy, financial problems, and depression to name a few.

There Is No Denying Genetics Play A Role

There is no denying that there is a genetic predisposition to many diseases; however, I came to realize that one’s genetic predisposition becomes a reality based on their cultural choices and environmental circumstances. Add to that, our individual total health MAP plays a huge role in what gets manifested in our bodies and lives.

Abundant Living Results In Total Health

Many people see the word abundant, and they think lots of money, power, and fame; however, while those may be by products of abundant living, it is more than that. Abundant living is a mindset that accepts reality with love and patience. A mindset that practices healthy self-control in all things. It is also a mindset that recognizes our human frailty and respond to mistakes with compassion and empathy. When we are able to fully open our hearts and mind to love, then and only then are we living abundantly and being totally healthy.

The 4 Things Required For Abundant Living

  1. Examine your STORY honestly
  2. Gain clarity about your PIC
  3. Make sure you are using the correct MAP
  4. Never forget to have a properly functioning GPS

The belief that we can compartmentalize the traumas, or the stresses is faulty thinking. That belief is really the biggest limiting belief that I have encountered over and over again. You cannot binge eat on the weekend and hide it from the world. Same way you cannot be binge drinking alcohol and think it won’t manifest in one or more of your four pillars.

First, let’s think about the stress being caused as you try to hide from everyone your unhealthy habits. This stress is spiritual, psychological, physical, and financial. Never mind that with repeated practice of these unhealthy habits, your life begins to show and tell the world that you have been repeatedly or consistently making unhealthy choices. Your attitude is often poor, you may have financial issues, you are unloving to self and others, and you may have one or more health issues or problems.

No One Is Perfect, So Stop Beating Yourself Up

Let’s just accept with love that we got derailed, we used some faulty instructions, and some unhealthy coping skills. The first thing everyone really needs to do is understand where the damage was done and how that damage keeps influencing and negatively impacting their daily choices. That is why everyone struggling to get healthy, totally healthy, must examine their story. You can’t fix the problem if you do not know what it is or recognize how it is showing up in your life as unhealthy. If you desire sustainable change in your body or life, you must transform your mind and heal your soul.
