What MAP Are You Using To Get Healthy?

What is your mindset, your daily attitude, and your daily practices (actions or habits)? When you learn to preen daily, you will see the change you desire and gain the positive benefits of your totally healthy lifestyle.

Recognize The Right Map Is Important

You will get lost if you have the wrong directions.  Meaning, if you have a negative mindset, and unloving attitude and unhealthy practices, you will not get to your desired destination. You will also get lost if you have the right directions, but you lack the ability to be consistently committed and disciplined.  Thus, you begin to see that while having the right m.a.p. is important, if you are using a faulty g.p.s. your actions may be haphazard or sporadic and you still won’t get to your desired destination.

A Faulty GPS Is Often What Derails Us

A faulty GPS is what we need to be mindful of, what we must really spend some time fixing. It is also important to remember that the faulty GPS will require moment by moment attention. Be aware that you can be functioning properly one moment and then your GPS can malfunction.

There can be a sudden glitch in your GPS that throws you off track, out of your rhythm suddenly. That glitch can happen and will happen because we are imperfect human beings and when we feel threatened, imagined or real, we can respond poorly because our GPS malfunctioned. Diligence in making sure that the right parts are being used to fix our navigational system is key.

When you fix your GPS, make sure it a being built with love.  Love is generous, patient, and selfless. If your GPS is not perfected in love, it will malfunction often and for no apparent reason. So, it behooves you to check your heart. What’s in your heart? Is it truly a pure heart? Have you forgotten some buried resentment, anger, guilt, and shame? What about some pride, envy, greed, and selfishness?

Clean Your House If You Want Total Health

You cannot do a superficial cleaning, the stuff that is buried deep inside has to be uncovered and pruned out completely. If not, they will just grow back and impact your life again and again. Have you been struggling to make the same change, over and over again? Perhaps you need to realize that there is still hidden or buried garbage and debris on your emotional landscape. Your mental framework is still distorted by toxic thought patterns and limiting beliefs.

Use the right m.a.p. daily with a properly functioning g.p.s. if you want to get to your desired destination.  Especially do this if you want your journey to be full of joy, peace, and contentment.

Learn To PREEN For Total Health

Shift your focus to an abundant mindset; have a loving and positive attitude; and practice consistently your healthy habits when you learn to preen.  One P.R.E.E.N.S. for total health and abundant living.

Prayer and mindful pauses throughout the day

Rest and relax [meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, listen to music]

Engage in your moment fully with all senses

Exercise by moving more and often

Nourish your mind, body, soul in healthy ways through all senses

Save, share, and spend your money, energy, and time wisely.  Remember your daily habits will ultimately be reflected in the state of your health and the quality of your life.

What You Believe Shapes Your Life

Your beliefs influence your thoughts and powered by your emotions and feelings will dictate your actions. Your attitude will determine whether or not you enjoyed the trip.  Your daily actions or practices will significantly impact the condition you are in, if or when you get there. If you are not in a state of maximum joy, peace, and contentment daily, ask yourself, “Which one of the above am I not doing [practicing] daily?”
